64 Remember to clean your feeders regu arly Feeding the birds in your garden can be such a rewarding experience, both for them and for you. But it is really important that we clean feeders weekly to protect our garden birds from infectious diseases. We have designed our feeders to be as easy to clean as possible. Only fill your feeders with enough food to ast 24-48 hours. Food which is left out for a prolonged period can become stale. Dispose of old food, and clean your feeders thoroughly before refilling.
